Treatment | Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) |
Composition | Dolutegravir |
Xapavir 50mg Tablet is an antiviral drug belonging to the Integrase strand transfer inhibitor category, containing the active ingredient Dolutegravir. It is used to treat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. HIV infection is mainly spread by sexual contact with anyone who has the infection or by transfer of infected blood (by sharing injection needles). This drug must be taken with other medicines used to treat HIV infection.
This drug is contraindicated in individuals with liver disease. Due to the higher concentration, caution should be taken when administering the drug to individuals with liver impairment. The dosage of this drug may need to be adjusted by your doctor, or it may need to be used with extra monitoring in these individuals to ensure its safety and efficacy. During the early stages of HIV treatment, some patients may experience an inflammatory response to opportunistic infections. This condition, immune reconstitution syndrome, can occur after starting the drug or other antiretroviral therapies. Knowing this possibility and monitoring for any signs of worsening infections or inflammatory symptoms is necessary. Inform your healthcare provider if the symptoms concern you or persist longer than usual.
It is necessary for healthcare professionals to carefully monitor patients taking this drug for any signs or symptoms of skin or hypersensitivity reactions, such as rash, blistering, or mucosal lesions. If a severe reaction is suspected, this medicine should be discontinued immediately, and appropriate medical treatment can be initiated. Patients are also advised to report any skin or hypersensitivity reactions to their healthcare provider and to seek medical emergency immediately if they experience any symptoms of a severe reaction. Tell your doctor immediately about all the medications you have been taking recently, including herbal and supplements, before taking this drug.

Packaging Type | Strip 1*7 Tabs |
Packaging size | Box 4*7 Tabs |
Composition | Eltrombopag |
Treatment | Low platelet counts are caused by primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) or hepatitis C virus (HCV) i |
Rompag 50mg Tablet is an anticoagulant drug belonging to the thrombopoietin (TPO) receptor agonist category, containing the active ingredient Eltrombopag. It treats low platelet counts caused by primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) or hepatitis C (HCV) infection. ITP refers to an autoimmune disorder in which the immune system destroys platelets. Platelets are blood cells that aid in clotting and protect blood vessel walls. When platelet levels are low, it can result in severe bleeding and bruising. This tablet is also used in adults to treat low blood counts caused by severe aplastic anaemia (a serious blood disease that occurs when the bone marrow fails to produce enough new blood cells).
This drug should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to the drug or its components. Allergic reactions can range from mild to severe and may include symptoms such as rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or difficulty breathing. Rompag 50mg Tablets are contraindicated in patients with severe liver impairment or active liver disease. This drug can potentially cause hepatotoxicity, as increased liver enzymes and bilirubin levels indicate. Using this drug in individuals with severe liver disease can further worsen liver function, so caution is advised. Your doctor will recommend that you are checked for cataracts. Your doctor should arrange regular testing if you do not have routine eye tests. You may also be checked for bleeding in or around your retina (the light-sensitive layer of cells at the back of the eye).
If you stop taking this tablet, your blood platelet count is likely to become low again within several days. The platelet count will be monitored, and your doctor will discuss appropriate precautions. A very high blood platelet count may increase the risk of blood clotting. However, blood clots can also form with normal or even low platelet counts. Your doctor will adjust your dose of this medicine to ensure that your platelet count does not become too high. Do not take this tablet with dairy products or drinks, as the calcium in these items affects the absorption of the medicine. Use effective birth control during the treatment, and if you become pregnant, you must inform your doctor. Rompag 50mg Tablets are not advised for children under one with ITP. It is also not recommended for patients under 18 with low platelet counts caused by hepatitis C or severe aplastic anaemia. Tell your doctor if you are taking, have recently taken, or might take other medicines. It includes medicines obtained without a prescription and vitamins.

About Nevimune Tablet
Nevimune Tablet is an antiretroviral medicine used in the treatment of HIV. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a retroviral infection that attacks and damages the cells of the immune system. This weakens the ability to fight against infections and diseases. If this condition is left untreated, it can lead to Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist, please consult your doctor.
