Biovorin 15mg tablet is an anticancer drug belonging to the class of detoxifying agents, containing the active ingredient Calcium Leucovorin/Calcium Folinate. It is used in the treatment of megaloblastic anaemia (the presence of large, immature, and dysfunctional red blood cells (megaloblasts) in the bone marrow). It is also used to enhance the effectiveness of 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of certain cancers, by increasing the efficacy of the drug while reducing its toxicity. This drug can also be used in the treatment of overdosage of folic acid antagonists. Additionally it also helps to protect healthy cells by "rescuing" them from the toxic effects of the chemotherapy drug.

Introduction to Cazanat 40mg Tablet

Cazanat 40mg tablet is an antineoplastic drug with an active ingredient called Cabozantinib. It belongs to the medication class known as tyrosine kinase inhibitors. In adults, it is used to treat advanced kidney cancer and locally advanced or metastatic differentiated thyroid cancer. It is also used in treating liver cancer when Sorafenib (anticancer medicine) is no longer working. Usually, this medicine is given in combination with Nivolumab for advanced kidney cancer. It is not recommended for those younger than 18 years.  

Do not consume Cazanat 40mg if you are allergic to Cabozantinib and its other ingredients. Inform your physician if you have liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, or diarrhea. Notify your doctor about the history of blood clots in the leg or significant bleeding, aneurysm (inflammation of blood vessels), or tears in the blood vessel wall. Inform your physician if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant. Use effective contraception during and even after the treatment or four months. Discuss more fertility concerns with your doctor. 

Before starting with Cazanat 40mg, notify your doctor if you have a thyroid problem; thyroid functions must be monitored before starting the medicine. Do not forget to inform your physician if you recently had any surgery, including dental surgery, within the last month. Avoid taking grapefruit or grapefruit juice during the treatment as they may increase the level of medicine in the blood. This medicine contains lactose; if you are intolerant to any sugar, inform your doctor before taking the medicine.

Trombonat 25mg Tablet is an anticoagulant drug belonging to the thrombopoietin (TPO) receptor agonist category, containing the active ingredient Eltrombopag. It treats low platelet counts caused by primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) or hepatitis C (HCV) infection. ITP refers to an autoimmune disorder in which the immune system destroys platelets. Platelets are blood cells that aid in clotting and protect blood vessel walls. When platelet levels are low, it can result in severe bleeding and bruising. This tablet is also used in adults to treat low blood counts caused by severe aplastic anaemia (a serious blood disease that occurs when the bone marrow fails to produce enough new blood cells).

This drug should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to the drug or its components. Allergic reactions can range from mild to severe and may include symptoms such as rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or difficulty breathing. Trombonat 25mg Tablets are contraindicated in patients with severe liver impairment or active liver disease. This drug can potentially cause hepatotoxicity, as increased liver enzymes and bilirubin levels indicate. Using this drug in individuals with severe liver disease can further worsen liver function, so caution is advised. Your doctor will recommend that you are checked for cataracts. Your doctor should arrange regular testing if you do not have routine eye tests. You may also be checked for bleeding in or around your retina (the light-sensitive layer of cells at the back of the eye).

If you stop taking this tablet, your blood platelet count is likely to become low again within several days. The platelet count will be monitored, and your doctor will discuss appropriate precautions. A very high blood platelet count may increase the risk of blood clotting. However, blood clots can also form with normal or even low platelet counts. Your doctor will adjust your dose of this medicine to ensure that your platelet count does not become too high. Do not take this tablet with dairy products or drinks, as the calcium in these items affects the absorption of the medicine. Use effective birth control during the treatment, and if you become pregnant, you must inform your doctor. Trombonat 25mg Tablets are not advised for children under one with ITP. It is also not recommended for patients under 18 with low platelet counts caused by hepatitis C or severe aplastic anaemia. Dyronib 50mg tablet consists of the active ingredient Dasatinib. It is prescribed for adults and children above one year of age with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. This medicine is used to treat newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in the chronic phase and Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia in patients resistant to other therapies. Chronic Myeloid Leukemia refers to a type of blood cancer that makes the body produce too many white blood cells that happen due to alteration in the Philadelphia chromosome. Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia is the most common form of blood cancer that affects children. In this case, the lymphocytes of white blood cells multiply too quickly and live too long. 

The common side effects that are likely to associate with Dyronib 50mg tablet are diarrhea, headache, cough, rash, nausea, tiredness, vomiting, muscle pain, weakness, low appetite, and high or low blood pressure. Inform your doctor if these side effects disturb or persist you.

Introduction to Tipanat 20mg Tablet

Tipanat 20mg tablet is an anticancer medication containing the two active constituents Trifluridine and Tipiracil. It is used to treat adults with colon and rectum cancer when it reaches the metastases stage (cancer has spread to other parts of the body) and when other treatments are unsuitable. Trifluridine inhibits the growth of cancer cells, whereas Tipiracil stops the Trifluridine from being broken down and helps it to work longer. Cancer is a condition in which the cells multiply uncontrolled and abnormally. This medicine is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18.

Do not consume this medicine if you are allergic to Tipanat 20mg or other ingredients. Before starting the treatment, notify your doctor if you have a problem with your kidney or liver and are lactose intolerant. This treatment may lead to side effects such as neutropenia (lowered WBC), anemia (reduced number of RBC), and gastrointestinal problems. Report your doctor if you experience any side effects or symptoms. Dose adjustment is needed in patients with a kidney condition. Inform your doctor if you are preganat or planning to get pregnant; this medicine may harm the unborn baby, so use contraception by both males and females during and after the treatment for six months.

Product introductionAfanat 20 Tablet is used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. It is used in the treatment of adult patients who have certain mutations of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).

Afanat 20 Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, but try to have it at the same time every day to get the most benefits. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

The most common side effects of this medicine include diarrhea, rash, dry skin, and nausea. Diarrhea can be serious sometimes so take medicine to treat it as prescribed by the doctor or stay hydrated.
